COOK AHEAD PLAN:
persimmon cookies
slow cooker caramelized onions
apple pie/apple pie filling (Fuji apples)
apple pumpkin streusel muffins (double batch)
roast pumpkin (for puree)
cinnamon sugar apple chips
beef stew/roast beef
chop veggies for Tuesday

Saturday: (Celebration of Freedom)
chicken alfredo baked ziti (add chard), oven roasted golden beets, fresh bread


Sunday:
mini meatloaves, twice baked mashed potatoes, broccoli with cheese,  slow cooker apple pumpkin pudding


Monday: (YMCA 6:00-7:00)
slow cooker beef stew or roast (add fennel--bulb and stalk, radishes, onion, carrots, potatoes)
bread


Tuesday:
skillet butternut squash and penne (sub kale for spinach)


Wednesday: (D class; WW ??)
leftovers OR grilled cheese and soup, apples with caramel sauce


Thursday:
creamy tomato tortellini with sausage recipe (sub kale for spinach) bread


Friday:
leftovers
