Rotini pasta with chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, parmesan, and fresh basilblueberry romaine salad (substitute cheddar cheese for swiss)


Monday:
chicken in basil cream sauce, salad OR Mexican lasagna


Tuesday: (Z gymnastics 5:30-6:30)
deli meat pinwheels, fruit salad, veggies and dip



Wednesday: (Fourth of July)
grill something for the 4th
peach lemonade

lasagna roll ups with garlic parmesan sauce (chicken; make like regular lasagna)

grilled steak, corn on the cob, broccoli with cheese sauce
