Supper: cheeseburger soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, veggies and ranch (cucumber, cauliflower, carrot)

turkey tetrazzini, balsamic roasted carrots, salad, bread


Monday: (court for Zoey)
chicken yakisoba OR chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese


Tuesday:
breakfast burritos, persimmon-cranberry bread


Wednesday: (WW 6:30)
pizza OR pumpkin sloppy joes, applesauce, salad or veggies, chips


Thursday: (C dance 4:30; kids basketball; D class)
leftovers or snacky supper


Friday:
BB pick up; eat out

Thursday:
roast turkey (stuff with celery, carrot, quartered onion, quartered apple, herbs), stuffing, cranberry fluff, salad, balsamic roasted carrots, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole or pumpkin scalloped potatoes, pumpkin pie

 Friday:
turkey tetrazzini, turkey and noodles, turkey enchiladas


For Saturday:
Slow cooker cream corn 
sweet potato casserole

skillet butternut squash, sausage, and penne pasta (butternut squash, spinach)


Sunday:
biscuits and gravy with egg scramble and applesauce, slow cooker apple pumpkin pudding (2 hours on high in slow cooker)


Monday:
beef taco skillet (pre cook the hamburger X 2: 1 for this and 1 for soup), apple nachos



Tuesday:
Chicken Alfredo Bake (substitute creamy garlic cauliflower sauce for alfredo), salad     (pre cook the chicken and pasta; have casserole ready to pop into the oven)


Wednesday: (WW 6:30)
cheeseburger soup (slow cooker) with sourdough bread


Thursday: (C dance 4:30; big kids basketball 6:30; D class)
leftovers or snacky supper


Friday:
BB pickup; eat out
