Grizzly burgers

 roasted beet and cucumber salad (ALLOW TIME TO ROAST BEETS! uses beets, cuc's, and radishes)

Tuesday: (Z doctor 10:00; A inservice 12:30--leave 11:45)
grilled chicken and shrimp fajitas
sautéed onion, mushroom, squash, and kale
 creamy dilled cucumber salad

Wednesday:
sour cream noodle bake
lettuce salad with cucumbers and tomatoes (Fran's vinaigrette dressing)
roasted Brussels sprouts
sourdough bread (freezer)

Thursday: (J preschool enrollment 6:00 unless do sooner)
pigs in a blanket, mac and cheese
marinated cucumbers and tomato salad

Friday:
Bountiful Baskets pickup 4:30 in Wichita
Eat out in Wichita ??

Saturday: Doug history center until 5:00
chicken yakisoba (use broccoli, zucchini, carrot, onion, cabbage), fruit

Sunday:
antipasto salad (would also be good for CO trip), bread, fruit


Monday:
pizza meatloaf cups
corn and bacon casserole

Tuesday:
In Topeka all day


Wednesday:
Meat and Potatoes menu plan (uses tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, white  and/or red potatoes: Tiffany's tomatoes, Vegetable loaded salad with creamy dill dressing, steak with stroganoff sauce, smashed potatoes with sour cream and chives (sub green onion) ) dressing for salad

Thursday:
hot dogs, etc. at lake (hot dogs, buns, fruit, chips, marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate bar)


Friday:
Eat out in Wichita after picking up food baskets

Saturday:
pizza or leftovers (leaving for CO Sunday)

Tuesday:
chili sauce chicken, roasted herbed corn, potato packets, grilled asparagus (?? if still good), grilled green onions,  Mixed greens strawberry salad

Wednesday:
pasta, sauce and meatballs with tomato and fresh basil crostini and spinach and avocado salad
(a meatball recipe but not my usual one from Pasta, Please! by Country Woman magazine)

Thursday:
parmesan crusted chicken fingersbaked parmesan zucchini fries, watermelon

Friday:
zucchini quiche, fruit
