creamy orzo with chicken sausage


Thursday: (D class; C dance 4:30; C and J basketball 6:30)
eat out or leftovers

BB pick up; eat out

Pork roast with apples, carrots, and rosemary, twice baked potato casserole, bread

Monday: (C gymnastics 6:00)
pasta with cauliflower alfredo and ham, fruit, bread


Tuesday: (TFI walk through 4:15; Doug conferences all evening; big kids conferences 7:00)
pigs in a blanket, mac and cheese (??), apples and peanut butter


Wednesday: (Doug conferences all evening; WW 6:30)
make chili for school tomorrow; cook all night (use either recipe below or pumpkin chili or combine recipes)
snacky supper or sandwiches or leftovers


Thursday: (Doug class; C dance 4:30; big kids basketball 6:00)
Eat out


Friday: (Doug in Topeka in evening)
leftovers

Chili recipe:
2 lb ground beef
2 cans beans (black, chili, etc.)
2 cans deiced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs chili powder

Cookbeef. Place in 5 qt. slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Grizzly burgers, hot dogs/chicken sausage (freezers), veggies, salad, fruit OR eat out in Wichita (gift card) after shopping

Sunday:
chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes, green beans, bread (make extra potatoes)


Monday: (big kids no school; Cox Farms trip; C gymnastics 6:00)
Pork roast with apples, carrots, and rosemary    mashed potatoes (make ahead), roasted green beans (fridge)

Tuesday:
 sweet potato-kale-sausage (use this recipe but substitute sweet potato)


Wednesday: (WW 6:30)
leftover buffet/snacky supper

Thursday: (Doug HOME; Alicia NO SCHOOL; C dance 4:30; Doug and Alicia doctor 4:00)
Eat out! ??

Make-ahead pork roast

leftover lasagna, salad or veggies


Sunday:

zuppa Toscana (potato-sausage-kale soup), grilled cheese sandwiches, bloomin' apples

sweet potato-kale-sausage (use this recipe but substitute sweet potato)

Pork roast with apples, carrots, and rosemary    mashed potatoes (make ahead), roasted green beans (fridge)


Thursday: (C dance 4:30; D class)
eat out, leftovers, or snacky supper


Friday: (D admin football game El Dorado)
DIY pizza, fruit and veggies
