ham steak; bacon wrapped asparagus, dilly sour cream cucumber salad

Sunday: (D bowling meeting 3:00)
sandwiches, veggies and dip, orange smiles

Monday: (C gymnastics 6:00 ??)
potatoes, green beans, and sausage; veggies and dip; orange smiles

Tuesday:
pigs in a blanket, veggies and dip/salad, fruit


Wednesday:
Jeremiah and Doug meet mom and dad in Emporia after track practice
leftovers or snacky supper for girls; guys grab something on the road

Thursday:
Jeremiah in Topeka
Doug track meet
Chloe recital practice 5:00-7:30
Set up at Numana
Get take out

Friday:
Jeremiah in Topeka
Bountiful Baskets 4:30
Chloe to Jessica's after school; recital practice 5:00-7:30
Zoey with Riley

Saturday:
Chloe's recital 2:00 (she needs to be there at 1:15; doors open for seating at 1:30)

steaks and hot dogs; zucchini squash and corn casserole; grilled asparagus; salad; fresh berries
refrigerator pickles with the cucumbers
crushed tomatoes with the romas


Monday: (C gymnastics 3:00)
tacos, mango and oranges


Tuesday: (D track meet)
sandwiches or snacky supper


Wednesday:
Roasted chicken with fennel, potato, green beans, and onion;  roasted glazed carrots
TAKES APPROX 1 HOUR TO ROAST


Thursday: (C dance 4:15)
one pan sausage and tortellini, salad or other leftover veggies, fruit


Friday: (D track meet)

taco soup (crock pot on low), tortilla chips, avocado/guacamole (if ripe), grilled cheese sandwiches, tortilla chips, watermelon


Tuesday: (kids' program 6:00)
Mom bringing supper


Wednesday:
pasta, sauce, and meatballs; veggies and fruit


Thursday: (D DFE meeting; C dance 4:15; set up at Numana)
take out


Friday: (D track meet)
BB pick up; kids with Riley

Saturday:
chicken yakisoba (cabbage, cauliflower--white and purple, onion, snow peas, carrots, zucchini)
make quick marinated cherry tomato salad (add cucumber and zucchini)
make crushed tomatoes
cook chicken


Sunday:
grizzly hamburgers and hot dogs; watermelon or fruit salad, cherry/cucumber salad, cottage cheese, chips; broccoli/cauliflower salad; chard sauteed with bacon; blackberry cobbler
make chicken broth


Monday: (C gymnastics 6:00)
strawberry chicken salad (add chicken; use butter lettuce and romaine, blackberries, cucumber), sourdough bread


Tuesday:
sausage, veggies, and noodles with pesto cream sauce (zucchini, onion; possibly use ravioli from freezer); fruit salad


Wednesday:
brisket tacos (chopped brisket, black beans, BBQ sauce, cheese; fried/baked tortilla shells); watermelon
chicken yakisoba (cabbage, cauliflower--white and purple, onion, snow peas, carrots, zucchini)


Thursday: (C dance 4:30)
scrambled eggs and blackberry pancakes, fruit and yogurt/smoothie bowls


Friday: (D track meet)

Wednesday:
BBQ leftovers, cottage cheese, chips, fruit OR
grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, cheesy cauliflower soup (from scratch or freezer?), fruit


Thursday:
chicken yakisoba (cabbage, cauliflower, onion, snow peas, carrots)


Friday: (BB pick up; D track meet)
BB pick up; order pizza (kids with sitter)
