Sat 2/25-Fri. 3/3

n freezer: 1 meal of roast turkey, sweet potato side, green beans (NOT casserole)
In freezer: cool ranch shredded chicken taco meat X 1 meal
In freezer: cheesy cauliflower soup base (add cheese and heavy cream)
in freezer: 1 meal baked ziti
In freezer: 2 pkg meatballs
In freezer: cooked chicken
In freezer: 1 lb ground ham

Swedish meatballs (add sour cream to the sauce and you have stroganoff without condensed soup)
creamy tuscan garlic chicken
chicken gnocchi soup 
one skillet chicken enchilada pasta (consider subbing green enchilada sauce for the red)
Bake one freeze one apple crisp (split this recipe between two 8X8 pans)
Grilled chilli lime chicken fajita salad
cheesy chicken florentine
 lemon bars
one pot roasted drumsticks with potatoes and veggies
creamy spinach and sausage pasta
Applesauce barbecue chicken, veggies or salad
ham fettuccini bake
orange broccoli stir fry (broccoli, onion, orange, asparagus--optional, carrot, zucchini, ginger)

3. slow cooker taco tater tot casserole  (2-3 hours on high; good for activity night)

5. cheesy chcken Florentine (add yellow squash, make ahead!), Italian bread, salad, fruit salad
6. Creamy white chicken chili with cream cheese (30 min +/- meal OR slow cooker)
7. one skillet Mexican rice casserole


Saturday:
grilled steak and chicken fajitas with zucchini/onion/mushroom; parmesan roasted asparagus


Sunday: (Blue and Gold ice cream social)
slow cooker taco tater tot casserole  (2-3 hours on high; good for activity night)


Monday: (C gymnastics 7:00; Doug history center meeting 7:00)
cheesy chcken Florentine (use kale; add zucchini, make ahead!), Italian bread, salad, fruit salad


Tuesday:
Creamy white chicken chili with cream cheese (30 min +/- meal OR slow cooker)


Wednesday: (J piano 4:30; C dance 4:45)
cheeseburger soup (make ahead and put in slow cooker to heat up)


Thursday: (C piano 6:00; D bowling until ??; Doug scout meeting Wichita ??)
leftovers or ??


Friday:
one skillet Mexican rice casserole

biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit

Take kids to Emporia to meet Mom and Dad
Eat on road or in Emporia
