cook hamburger for sloppy joes (X 2 lbs)
Cook sausage for B&G

deli meat/summer sausage, cheese chunks, olives, pickles, sliced fruit, crackers


Monday: (D bowling tryouts 3:30-5:00; C dance 5:15-7:15; J basketball 6:45-7:45)

Tuesday: (D bowling tryouts 3:30-5:00)
pasta sauce and meatballs (freezer), salad


Wednesday: (girls chiropractor 4:00; D bowling tryouts 3:30-5:00)
pizza sloppy joes, applesauce, chips


Thursday: (D bowling tryouts 3:30-5:00; J music 4:30-5:00; C gymnastics 6:30-7:30; D round table 6:30-9:00; J basketball 6:45-7:45)

make and freeze extra meatloaves and mashed potatoes
make ahead cheeseburger soup
make ahead chicken alfredo bake ??
THAW package of Mexican shredded beef

Topeka Thanksgiving
Take: cranberry salad


Sunday:
mini meatloaves, twice baked mashed potatoes, broccoli with cheese,  slow cooker apple pumpkin pudding
stuffing with sausage and turkey gravy, veggies/salad


Monday: (C dance 5:15-7:15)
cheeseburger soup


Tuesday: (girls chiro 4:00)
pigs in a blanket, skillet mac and cheese, veggies


Wednesday:
 Chicken Alfredo Bake (substitute creamy garlic cauliflower sauce for alfredo; use turkey instead of chicken), salad


Thursday: (J music 4:30-5:00; C gymnastics 6:30-7:30)
shredded Mexican beef wraps or salad

leftovers

Thanksgiving cooking plan

Sunday:
make a plan :-)


Monday:
pick up rolls for Tuesday
the perfect turkey--need to do Monday


Tuesday:
dry brine the turkey
(supper with Billye, Mom and Dad)



Wednesday:
make cranberry salad
make meatballs, make cranberry sauce stuff
make stuffing/dressing
roast turkey
ALSO make cheeseburger soup, crock pot Mexican beef


Thursday:
reheat turkey in roaster
make gravy
bake dressing

Make cranberry salad first thing
Turkey in 450 oven by 12:00 (should take 90 min-2 hours to cook)
Make gravy (get broth out of freezer!)
Make stock with turkey carcass and neck, etc. (make broth on stove with neck for gravy?)
Make gravy after turkey is roasted (while it's resting)
Bake stuffing/dressing X 30 minutes

Make Tuesday meal and freeze in portions for future if needed (move to another day to cook and portion if needed)
Use turkey instead of chicken for Friday meal (move to next week if go to Topeka)

pigs in a blanket, skillet mac and cheese, veggies


Tuesday: (kids' program at school; girls chiropractor 4:00-4:30)
Mom and Dad staying for supper???
Mom bringing a casserole

Roast turkey today
Make stuffing/dressing

make cranberry salad (cranberries, cranberry or cherry jello, apples)
make crock pot shredded mexican beef (portion and freeze for later)

crock pot shredded mexican beef (serve on a salad or with tortillas)


Monday: (A no school; C dance 5:15-7:15)
chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans


Tuesday: (C and Z chiro 4:00)
chicken spaghetti, broccoli


Wednesday:
