Sat. 10/29-Fri. Fri. 11/4

Pork roast with apples, carrots, and rosemary spinach pear and pomegranate salad
Skillet butternut squash, sausage, and penne pasta, salad (pear pomegranate?), applesauce, 
Pioneer Woman salisbury steak and mashed potatoes, buttered peas
pumpkin bars
chicken spaghetti, broccoli
Hot Ham and Cheese Pinwheels, apples

Saturday:
one pan brown sugar pork and applesAutumn crunch pasta saladcrash hot sweet potatoesslow cooker apple pumpkin pudding (needs 2.5 hours to cook) 


Sunday:
mini meatloaves,  twice baked mashed potatoes, salad

make dill pickle dip for school
make pumpkin chili for school
Chili recipe:
2 lb ground beef
2 cans beans (black, chili, etc.)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1- 1 1/2 C. pumpkin
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs chili powder
Cook beef. Place in 5 qt. slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours. (cook over night)

Monday: (Halloween; Gordy Park/downtown until 6:00 or so)
POT LUCK at school!
pumpkin sloppy joes, chips, apples


Tuesday:
chicken and noodles (freezer) and mashed potatoes, baked carrots


Wednesday: (C dance 4:45; J piano 5:00)
slow cooker garlic rosemary beef stew (potatoes, carrots, celery)


Thursday:
zuppa toscana, grilled cheese, apples/pears/sauce


Friday:
Big kids no school (???? need sitter!!)
leftovers or pancakes/waffles
