crunchy baked fish  sticks with cucumber dill sauce

Saturday: (go swimming)
sandwich bar, chips, cottage cheese, watermelon, cucumber salad

Sunday: (Father's Day)
fajitas: grilled shrimp, steak, and chicken with caramelized zucchini, onion, and mushrooms; fresh made salsa (romas, cucumber, and green chili) and chips; Mexican street corn; tropical fruit salad (pineapple, watermelon, grapes, berries, lime); homemade ice cream (??)

Monday: (YMCA 5:30-7:00)
chicken salad sandwiches, celery, broccoli-cauliflower salad, fruit

Tuesday: (C tumbling 6:00)
pot roast (slow cooker) with carrots, potatoes, cabbage (left from bierocks), sourdough bread

baked potato bar; BBQ from the freezer; sauteed onion, mushrooms, zucchini, and kale

Thursday: (Z gymnastics 4:30)
spaghetti squash pizza pie, salad

Friday: (piano lessons at ___; twilight swim at 8:00)
steak salad (lime marinated steak), bread, fruit
