Sizzling salisbury steak with buttered noodles (S&D 1/12 pg. 31), green beans

COOKING PLAN:
applesauce!! (use up all those apples!)
apple-mangos sauce ??
prep rye bread and rolls for freezer



Saturday:
Doug's birthday; Disney on ice; eat out


Sunday:
grilled salmon, roasted/steamed asparagus with hollandaise, parmesan baked potatoes, dilly cucumber salad, potato rolls


Monday:
Zoo
taco soup (crock pot on low while at zoo), tortilla chips, avocado/guacamole (if ripe)


Tuesday: (St. Patrick's Day)
fried or grilled sausage, sautéed mushrooms and onion, twice baked potatoes (freezer), sweet and sour cabbage with bacon, fruit salad (mangoes, blueberries, strawberries,  banana)


Wednesday:
Chloe birthday date (lunch)
Cinderella movie (C & J)
leftovers/fridge smorgasboard or take out


Thursday: (Doug in Pittsburg; home in time for supper)
reuben sandwiches/grilled cheese with ham, potato-leek soup, fruit salad, cottage cheese, chips


Friday:
In Topeka
