Sat. 9/15/14-Fri. 9/21/14

marinara in freezer
cauliflower sauce in freezer
meatballs in freezer
2 heads of broccoli to use
head of romaine lettuce to use
baby carrots to use
zucchini to use
green apples to use
Asian pears to use

COOK AHEAD PLAN
thaw cauliflower sauce and marinara and pasta meal IN FRIDGE
chicken nuggets (raw but in fridge ready to bake)
cook macaroni

Saturday:
cheeseburgers, chips, carrots and cucumbers with dip, sliced apples/pears with dip

Sunday: (D fb meeting 5:30)
Cheesy ham and potatoes, veggies (use sliced BB red potatoes)

Monday: (kids gymnastics 5:00-7:00)
picnic supper at YMCA

Tuesday:
tortellini bake (with cauliflower alfredo and marinara sauce from freezer), veggies

Wednesday: (D class until 10:00)
chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, peas and carrots

Thursday:
pasta meal in freezer, fruit/veggies

Friday: (D fb game)
pancakes, eggs, fruit
