Sat. 10/1-Fri. 10/7

Prep Plan:
thaw sloppy joe mix and buns (??)
cook meat for baked spagetti
make meatballs for spaghetti soup
make apple-pear sauce

Saturday: (D pop corn AM, history center PM)
One pan Autumn chicken dinner

waffles, egg scramble, fruit

Monday: (J and D tae kwan do 5:30)
"regular" sloppy joes (add herbs to the ones in the freezer), chips, cottage cheese, fruit/apple-pear sauce

Tuesday: (C tumbling 6:30)
baked spaghetti, fruit, fried apples and pears

Wednesday: (C dance 4:45; J music 5:00)
spaghetti and meatball soup (slow cooker 6-8 hours; make meatballs ahead), sourdough bread, fruit

Thursday: (C music 6:00; D round table 6:00)
eat out/take out/order in

leftovers or pancakes and scrambled eggs
