cranberry avocado chicken salad with orange poppy seed dressing (kids option chicken, oranges), sourdough bread

Saturday:
breakfast for dinner

Sunday:
penne, sausage, kale and butternut squash


Monday: (C gymnastics 6:00; D home around 6:30)
chili, cinnamon rolls, cube cheese

Chili recipe:
2 lb ground beef
2 cans beans (black, chili, etc.)
2 cans deiced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs chili powder

Cookbeef. Place in 5 qt. slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours.


Tuesday:
freezer meal


Wednesday:
cauliflower cheese soup (slow cooker), grilled ham and cheese sandwiches


Thursday: (C dance 4:30-5:15; D bowling home 6:30ish)
take out from Jacob's Well or order pizza


Friday: (D at bowling tournament all day, home approx. 8:00)
Bountiful Baskets; eat out
