chicken enchiladas


Monday: (Halloween: Trick or Treat downtown 4:00; neighborhood after)
Lunch:
leftover chicken/enchiladas
Supper:
pumpkin chili, pumpkin pudding


Tuesday:
Lunch:
leftover chili OR PB/CC and fruit
Supper:
lasagna bake, green beans

Wednesday: (eat out early: History Center/museum tour at 6:00; WW 6:30)
Lunch:
leftovers OR PB/CC and fruit
Supper:
eat out


Thursday:
Lunch:
meat and cheese, cottage cheese, fruit
Supper:
tater tot casseroles


Friday:
Lunch:
mini pizzas
Supper:
tortilla soup, grilled cheese



Chili recipe:
2 lb ground beef
2 cans beans (black, chili, etc.)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1- 1 1/2 C. pumpkin
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs chili powder

Cookbeef. Place in 5 qt. slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours.
