Tuesday: (C practice 3:15-5:30; ELECTION DAY; Z cheer 6:30 ????)
 broccoli and cheddar soup with chicken and rice (25 minute meal)


Wednesday: (C practice 3:15-5:30)
one pan brown sugar pork and applescrash hot sweet potatoes


Thursday: (C BB GAME @ El Dorado 5:00; Z cheer 6:30 ?????)
hashbrown potato cheesy soup


Friday: (??C practice??  Girls riding 6:30; D ref @ ???)
KIDS NO SCHOOL


Chili recipe:
2 lb ground beef
2 cans beans (black, chili, etc.)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1- 1 1/2 C. pumpkin
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs chili powder

Cook beef. Place in 5 qt. slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours.
