Saturday:
 teriyaki broccoli shrimp stir fry (add chicken for the kids)


Sunday:
Rotini pasta with chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, parmesan, and fresh basilblueberry romaine salad (substitute cheddar cheese for swiss)


Monday:
chicken in basil cream sauce, salad OR Mexican lasagna


Tuesday: (Z gymnastics 5:30-6:30)
deli meat pinwheels, fruit salad, veggies and dip



Wednesday: (Fourth of July)
grill something for the 4th
peach lemonade


Thursday: (C tumbling 6:30-7:30)
Hawaiian chicken thighs, rice, grilled pineapple, salad


Friday:
 leftovers or ??
