Thanksgiving cooking plan

Wednesday:
Roast turkey, carve
Make stuffing (sauteed onion and celery, cut up french bread, herbs, Italian sausage, chicken stock X 2 C)
Make sweet potato casserole X 2 (or do Thursday)
make cranberry salad
make pumpkin pecan bars (double)

Thursday:
reheat turkey in roaster
reheat stuffing in crock pot
bake sweet potato casserole
make veggie dishes: creamed corn
make pumpkin pie cake
make pecan pie cobbler
make pumpkin dip


Friday:
pack and head to Topeka
Food:
sweet potatoes
pumpkin dip
creamed corn
leftover desserts
cranberry salad


Saturday:
Topeka
