Saturday:
Topeka


Sunday:
grilled chicken fajitas, sautéed or grilled or roasted veggies (onion, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms), tortillas, fruit

Monday: (Memorial Day)
chili sauce chicken, grilled corn on the cob, watermelon/fruit, garden salad


Tuesday:
J's bday date; girls with Tonya; out to eat at Red Robin


Wednesday: (J's bday)
grilled sausage, mac and cheese, watermelon, cucumbers and carrots with ranch dip/salad


Thursday:
stroganoff with leftover roast; green beans; noodles; fruit


Friday: (Doug track all day)
tortilla rollups, cottage cheese, raw veggies and/or fruit


Make snacking boxes for day time/lunches:
strawberries
blueberries
watermelon
pineapple
fruit snacks
small sandwiches: cream cheese, jelly, ham, chicken
granola bars
goldfish crackers/snack mix
