skillet mac-n-cheese with ham, broccoli

Tuesday: (Teri 4:00)
Chicken and vegetables with mustard herb sauce,
Wednesday: (WW 6:30)
rotisserie chicken salad ( chicken, grapes, oranges, pineapple), chips, cottage cheese

Thursday: (D track)
leftovers/fridge smorgasboard or sandwiches

tortellini and sauce, veggies

Mom and Dad coming Saturday
