Monday: (C gymnastics, D bowling)
Chicken and Vegetables with mustard herb sauce

Tuesday:
sausage, noodles, and cream sauce

Wednesday: (WW 6:30)
freezer meal or sandwiches and soup

Thursday:
Jacob's Well

Friday:
pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit
