Monday: (C gymnastics; D bowling)
slow cooker tomato basil soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, fruit


Tuesday:
pasta alfredo with ham and peas, fruit


Wednesday: (WW 6:30)
spaghetti bake (freezer), veggies, garlic bread


Thursday:
turkey breast tenderloin (freezer), rice, veggies

Friday:
biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit
