Sat. 1/14-Fri. 1/20

In freezer: 1 meal of roast turkey, sweet potato side, green beans (NOT casserole)
In freezer: cool ranch shredded chicken taco meat X 1 meal
In freezer: cheesy cauliflower soup base (add cheese and heavy cream)
in freezer: 2 meals baked ziti
In freezer: 3 pkg meatballs
In freezer: 1 burrito pie
In freezer: 1 chicken pot pie
In freezer: approx. 1/3 cooked chicken
To use: 8 oz Velveeta in fridge
To use: 1/2 pkg spinachChicken and vegetables with mustard herb sauce, rice
zuppa Toscana 
creamy tuscan garlic chicken
chicken gnocchi soup 
one skillet chicken enchilada pasta (consider subbing green enchilada sauce for the red)

PLAN:
Saturday: cut pineapple; pizza crusts out of freezer; ham steak out of freezer, hamburger X 2 out of freezer
Sunday: shred, blanch,and freeze potatoes, cook hamburger and sausage
Monday: make corn chowder, B&G and egg casseroles

Alternate: pancakes/waffles, scrambled eggs
Possible side: broccoli cauliflower salad
Treat: make Doubletree cookies (uses lemon, chocolate chips, pecans, rolled oats)



Saturday:
Hawaiian pizza (ONLY IF RECEIVE PINEAPPLE!!) (uses pizza crust, pineapple; need pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Canadian bacon)


Sunday: (Cub Scouts at 5:00 ??)
 Ham and cheese ziti (uses spinach, part of a ham steak; need: cheese) with a veggie side


Monday: (NO SCHOOL; C gymnastics 7:00)
 slow cooked corn chowder (uses rest of ham steak, cream cheese; need: frozen corn, cream corn, shredded hash brown potatoes); grilled cheese


Tuesday: (Doug home after 6:30)
pizza sloppy joes (uses hamburger, hawaiian buns; need: pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese--see pizza above); broccoli with cheese sauce (uses velveeta; need broccoli unless get in basket)  add some of the kumato tomatoes


Wednesday: (J piano 4:30-5:00; C dance 4:45-5:30)
biscuits and gravy casserole (needs: biscuits unless make homemade, sausage), egg casserole (needs: cheese), fresh fruit


Thursday: (C piano 6:00)
 Mexican rice skillet  (uses rice, hamburger, rotel, frozen corn--1 C. from corn chowder; need: cheese) add some of the kumato tomatoes


Friday:
 freezer meal
