fried sausage and apples (kielbasa in fridge), veggies/salad


Monday: (J SB 3:30-4:30; girls riding 6:30; J stage crew 6:30)
hamburgers (patties in freezer), chips, veggie tray, fruit


Tuesday: (C work PM/Bodie; ??J PM band??)
 walking tacos with cheesy spanish rice



Wednesday: (J @ State Fair 5:30 AM-3:00 PM $$; ?J SB 3:30-4:30?; Z eye doctor 4:00)
Sweet orange chicken (use chicken nuggets with this sauce); rice and/or asian noodles, broccoli


Thursday: (C work PM; J stage crew 6:30-9:00)
breakfast burritos, fruit, cinnamon rolls (GET THEM OUT OF THE FREEZER EARLY!!)


Friday: (C work PM; Z to Emporia after school; J to ??; leave for OK after C gets off work)
Take out or sandwiches from deli restaurant or WalMart
