one skillet chicken enchilada pasta (consider subbing green enchilada sauce for the red)
Hearty beef and noodles
creamy slow cooker tortellini soup (the only thing "slow cooker" about this is making the broth; will easily convert to a stove top soup)
Saturday:
creamy ham and potato soup, grilled cheese, broccoli salad
Sunday:
shredded beef for tacos (use for empanadas in another meal)--allow at least 4 hours to cook!, corn
Monday: (C gymnastics 7:00 ??; no school for everyone; Doug bowling 3:30-5:00)
crock pot beef and noodles (6-8 hours on low), mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls
Tuesday:
Taco pasta, corn, fruit
Wedneday: (C dance 4:45, J piano 5:00; Doug bowling until 8:00)
cheese tortellini soup (have ready to go and put in crock pot on high as soon as get home from school), grilled cheese
Thursday: (C piano 6:00; Doug bowlng until 7:00)
baked ziti from freezer, salad
Friday:
leftovers or pancakes and scrambled eggs
