Sunday:
biscuits and gravy with egg scramble and applesauce, slow cooker apple pumpkin pudding (2 hours on high in slow cooker)
Monday:
beef taco skillet (pre cook the hamburger X 2: 1 for this and 1 for soup), apple nachos
Tuesday:
Chicken Alfredo Bake (substitute creamy garlic cauliflower sauce for alfredo), salad (pre cook the chicken and pasta; have casserole ready to pop into the oven)
Wednesday: (WW 6:30)
cheeseburger soup (slow cooker) with sourdough bread
Thursday: (C dance 4:30; big kids basketball 6:30; D class)
leftovers or snacky supper
Friday:
BB pickup; eat out
