taco soup (crock pot on low while at zoo), tortilla chips, avocado/guacamole (if ripe)

  COOKING PLAN:


Saturday:
one pot creamy spaghetti and sausage (tomato sauce, tomatoes, onion), fruit

Sunday:
spaghetti squash pizza pie, green beans, salad
make ham and cheese buns for tomorrow

Monday: (C gymnastics 6:00)
caramelized ham and cheese buns (use American cheese; mustard instead of horseradish), cottage cheese, chips, fruit

Tuesday: (Doug track meet)
make-your-own pizza, fruit

Wednesday: (WW 6:30)
freezer meal, green beans

Thursday: (Doug class)
leftovers, sandwiches, or snacky supper

Friday: (D track meet; BB pick up)
Alicia home all day
Girls WCC 3:00 (pick up Chloe early)
BB pickup; eat out
