chili sauce chicken, roasted herbed corn, potato packets, grilled asparagus (?? if still good), grilled green onions, Mixed greens strawberry salad
Wednesday:
pasta, sauce and meatballs with tomato and fresh basil crostini and spinach and avocado salad
(a meatball recipe but not my usual one from Pasta, Please! by Country Woman magazine)
Thursday:
parmesan crusted chicken fingers, baked parmesan zucchini fries, watermelon
Friday:
zucchini quiche, fruit
