ham sandwich with fruit, cottage cheese

chicken enchiladas, veggies
Wednesday (WW 6:30)
Lunch:
soup and grilled cheese, fruit
Supper:
pork roast and gravy (make stroganoff out of it)
Thursday (Doug Session 6:30)

noodles with cheese, veggies

pasta bake
