PLAN:
make tortilla rollups for later in the week
cook sausage for breakfast burritos
marinate chicken for chicken fajita salad AND chili sauce chicken AND kebobs
slow cook pork roast for carnitas
cut up veggies for meals and snacks so they are ready to go
slow cook or oven roast a chicken
Lunches:
tortilla rollups, cottage cheese, raw veggies and/or fruit
Strawberry spinach salad (add chicken, use different cheese)--deconstruct salad for kids
breakfast burritos (precook sausage)
Snacks to leave at school:
goldfish
cereal
granola bars
Saturday:
Bratwurst supper
Sunday:
Grilled chilli lime chicken fajita salad
Monday: (Memorial Day; D history center 7:00 El D)
pork carnitas, mexican street corn casserole (use frozen corn)
Tuesday: (ESY; C dance pictures 6:00-7:00)

Eat at Willie's for J's birthday; treats after C's pictures
Wednesday: (C studio rehearsal 5:00-??)
taco pasta salad
Thursday: (J music 4:30-5:00)

Friday:
sausage and chicken kabobs (zucchini, red onion), salad
