Slow cooker cheesy potatoes (sub cubed or shredded fresh potatoes, sub cream cheese for condensed soup)

Pioneer Woman salisbury steak and mashed potatoesbutternut squash gratin, stuffed artichokes (adjust recipe for available ingredients and taste: no mint--thyme or rosemary instead; mushroom instead of anchovy; poach in lemon water THEN stuff and broil)


Monday:
Skillet butternut squash, sausage, and penne pasta, salad (with veggies?), applesauce
Tuesday: (election day)
slow cooker NOT spicy chicken pumpkin corn chowder, grilled cheese (corn, pumpkin, potatoes, celery, carrots, onion)

Wednesday: (C dance 4:45; J piano 5:00)
Beef taco skillet, salad


Thursday:
roasted butternut squash and bacon soupharvest salad with butternut squash, grilled cheese, cottage cheese


Friday: (musical at Circle 7:00)
