Sunday:
grizzly hamburgers and hot dogs; watermelon or fruit salad, cherry/cucumber salad, cottage cheese, chips; broccoli/cauliflower salad; chard sauteed with bacon; blackberry cobbler
make chicken broth
Monday: (C gymnastics 6:00)
strawberry chicken salad (add chicken; use butter lettuce and romaine, blackberries, cucumber), sourdough bread
Tuesday:
sausage, veggies, and noodles with pesto cream sauce (zucchini, onion; possibly use ravioli from freezer); fruit salad
Wednesday:
chicken yakisoba (cabbage, cauliflower--white and purple, onion, snow peas, carrots, zucchini)
Thursday: (C dance 4:30)
scrambled eggs and blackberry pancakes, fruit and yogurt/smoothie bowls
Friday: (D track meet)
