slow cooker mushroom steak, noodles, veggies
Tuesday:
turkey egg and cheese biscuits (use ham if enough available)
Wednesday: (WW 6:30)
freezer meal or leftovers or sandwiches
Thursday:
macaroni
scramble (increase proportions), corn, fruit
Friday: (Doug track meet)
carrot cake pancakes, scrambled eggs
