Tuesday;
Provolone chicken pizza--add zucchini and spinach, fruit salad
Bubba: ground chicken and zucchini, cheese, veggies and/or fruit salad
Wednesday: (Wacky Wed.)
Mac 'n' cheese with ham (sub green beans, add turkey), fruit
Bubba: mac 'n' cheese (no ham), green beans, fruit
Thursday: (Session)
Sweet potato enchilada stack, corn
Bubba: sweet potatoes and beef, black beans, veggies
Get brisket out of freezer!
Friday:
Brisket salads (brisket, spinach, mandarin oranges, strawberries, feta, vinaigrette)
Bubba; leftovers or Gerber, fruit
Saturday: (Doug History Center and Bowling meeting all day and evening)
