one pan brown sugar pork and apples, Autumn crunch pasta salad, crash hot sweet potatoes, slow cooker apple pumpkin pudding (needs 2.5 hours to cook)
Sunday:
mini meatloaves, twice baked mashed potatoes, salad
make dill pickle dip for school
make pumpkin chili for school
Chili recipe:
2 lb ground beef
2 cans beans (black, chili, etc.)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1- 1 1/2 C. pumpkin
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs chili powder
Cook beef. Place in 5 qt. slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours. (cook over night)
Monday: (Halloween; Gordy Park/downtown until 6:00 or so)

Little dippers platter: eggplant parmesan bites ("pizza bites") with marinara or pizza sauce, sliced fruit with dip (apple, banana, pear), cheddar cheese sticks, carrot coins and broccoli with ranch
Sunday:
mini meatloaves, twice baked mashed potatoes, salad
Monday: (D WWIIHC meeting Wichita lv. 6:00)
chicken alfredo baked ziti, broccoli, apples and peanut butter
Tuesday: (Big kids PTC's 4:20, 5:00; Doug PTCs until 8:00)

make creamy garlic cauliflower sauce; turn big cauliflower into alfredo sauce; cut up the other one
cook chicken (2 whole chickens; 1 for Sunday, 1 for later in week); make broth??
make chili (fridge in zippy bag until ready to cook on Wednesday)
make apple pumpkin pudding (fridge in slow cooker bag until Wednesday afternoon)
make cheesy chicken florentine casserole
chop veggies and chicken for Tuesday and Thursday

chicken gnocchi soup (uses carrots, onion, celery, spinach)--slow cook whole chicken and use that and broth; grilled cheese sandwiches; spinach pear and pomegranate salad (if pears ripe); apple crisp (**allow an hour to bake!!)
Monday:
cheesy chcken Florentine (add yellow squash, make ahead!), Italian bread, applesauce or melon
Tuesday:
creamy orzo with chicken sausage (make with regular kielbasa, sub yellow squash for zucchini, use chopped roma tomatoes for canned tomatoes), applesauce or melon
Wednesday: (C dance 4:45; J piano 5:00)
Chili recipe:

2 cans deiced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
