protein salad: red leaf lettuce, romaine, chopped apples, strawberries, mercott orange, cheddar cheese, sauteed chicken (deconstructed for kids), poppy seed dressing

Mac 'n' cheese with ham (sub green beans), fruit

bierocks (filling in freezer), chips, cottage cheese, fruit

Blueberry croissant puff (substitute blackberries and sourdough)
