Creamy Swiss Steak, noodles, green beans

Beef stuffed crescents

cheesy tomato vegetable soup and grilled cheese
Friday:
Mexican Chicken Alfredo (make one freeze one), corn

Sweet Orange Chicken (ToH Slow Cooker book pg. 44)
3 Tbs flour
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-4 lb), cut upand skin removed
2/3 C orange marmalade
2/3 C BBQ sauce
1/4 C soy sauce
ginger
Serve with rice or noodles
Place flour in large zippy bag. Add chicken and shake to coat. place in 3 qt slow cooker.
In small bowl combine orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, soy suace and ginger; pour over chicken; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
